I was working with a realtor that was not looking for what I wanted or putting my best interests in scope. So, I contacted Debbie, as she was local to me, and had hopes that she would be able to help me find my new home. Debbie did so much more than that!

Well, let me say…I was pleasantly surprised in the manner in which Debbie reacted to my call and how she treated me! She took my call even though she was working with a client at the time and assured me she would call me back when she was finished with her client. Much to my surprise, Debbie called me back within the hour and we spoke and set up an appointment for the next day. I met Debbie and Angelo at the office the next day. (They worked with my timeframe without a blink of an eye) I let both Debbie and Angelo know what I was looking for and my “wants’ or “must haves”. They set to work researching what was in the area I was looking and what would fill my needs.

I’m very picky so I looked at many places but none jumped out at me…yet. Debbie and Angelo never lost their determination to find my new home and one that I would love to call “home”. They were always researching places, communicating with me, sending me listings, scheduling appointments, taking me to look at homes, while maintaining the excitement and professionalism that I have come to associate with them.

Then, one day, Debbie called me to schedule 3 listings for me to look at. We went to the first one…it didn’t “wow” me. Then, we went to the next one. There was something that just lit up in me when I was in this place and walking around. It wasn’t decorated as I would decorate…but, it didn’t matter…it was bright and warm and had the “wants” I was looking for and I knew if I owned it, I would make it “mine”. Debbie looked at me and we both said it at the same time “this place is really nice” I said “I love it” and Debbie said she did too!! We then went to the third place but I knew I had already found the home I wanted…the one I was just in. I was very excited. I went home to think about it. I called Debbie the next day and she and Angelo came with me to see it again. Now, I was going to get a man’s perspective. Angelo agreed it was a very nice place, in a nice location, and well-built. So, then, I was on my way to owning my new home.

Debbie and Angelo were with me every step of the way during the mortgage application process, responding to the seller’s realtor, attorney questions and paperwork, inspections, etc… I have owned other properties in the past and have never had a realty team work so hard for me and be with me through it all. And…keep in mind, they are the broker and broker manager for Exit Realty and treated me like I was their only client…which of course, I was not. Debbie and Angelo ALWAYS made time for my numerous calls and emails with questions and always got back to me. They answered any questions I had and were always positive. They acted like this was as important to them as much as it was for me.
Anyway, that was a year ago (I can’t believe how quickly the time went). I cannot thank Debbie and Angelo enough for all they did to find my new home and continue with me during the entire process. I felt that I established a friendship with both Debbie and Angelo as this is a very personal thing and they were so engaged with me. Again, keep in mind, I’m not their only client and they made me feel as though I was. I am thrilled with my home and community, thanks to Debbie and Angelo for finding it and making sure it all worked out, down to every detail.

If you’re looking for your new home, I would say, contact Debbie Sayer/Angelo Moliterno right away! They will always put your best interests first and won’t stop until you find your new home! Both Debbie and Angelo are very knowledgeable and know the area so they can offer guidance in what areas people are the happiest living in. Debbie Sayer and Angelo Moliterno are the best!

Debbie sold 2 contiguous properties for our family which had many challenges including: their size, rural setting, multiple family member owners, 2 different forms of ownership, a common driveway and one property had a large pond with a dam.
